We left Kota Belud after lunch and arrived at Kudat at around 4pm. We quickly checked into our chalet at Borneo Tip Beach Lodge before heading to the Tip of Borneo to catch the sunset.

The chalets near the Tip of Borneo are very basic. Ours was an air-conditioned room about 10'x 10' in size with a very tired looking bathroom with hot water. The rooms are priced like a 3 star hotel but you can expect 1 or 2 star accommodation. Chargeable breakfast was really simple but nice.
